This system replaces the OEM cat-back section, delivering enhanced exhaust flow and a purposeful, engineered tone without factory resonance chambers.

Constructed from T304L stainless steel with CNC-formed Cerakote Black oval trims, this system uses OEM hangers for direct factory fitment and requires no cutting or modification. The 80mm mandrel-bent primary piping (3.15") facilitates optimal scavenging and improved mid-to-high-rpm response. Non-resonated design eliminates OE sound-dampening, exposing the full character of the bi-turbo powerplant at full throttle.

Fitment

Audi RS6 C8 4.0L bi-turbo V8 - 2020 and later (Performance Edition compatible)

Audi RS7 C8 4.0L bi-turbo V8 - 2019 and later

Hand-finished and dyno-tested for consistency, each system delivers the real power and tone character Milltek is known for.

Designed and manufactured in the UK with 40+ years of performance exhaust heritage.
