Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy on many items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Other items we sell are not returnable. All returns are subject to restocking fees of up to 25%.

Defects and warranty issues MUST be handled directly with the part/product manufacturer. Our sales office cannot determine warranty parameters for the manufacture of the product. If you cannot get satisfaction with the manufacturer, please let us know. We will be happy to intervene and assist you in any way possible.

Generally, to be eligible for a non-warranty return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled or unused, with applicable tags, decals, labels, etc. and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a defect return, we again recommend you contact the part manufacturer directly first. If they cannot / will not assist, you can contact us at info@signatureautohaus.com. Please note that returns will require an RMA and need to be sent to the address provided by the manufacture at the time of acceptance of the return.

If your return request is accepted, you will either be responsible for the return shipping or you may get a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, refunded, nor returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Many types of items cannot be returned (electrical parts, custom products, special orders, or personalized items, etc.) We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on ANY sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@signatureautohaus.com.
