Maserati Levante / S Titanium Fi Exhaust - Signature Titanium exhaust is a direct replacement bolt-on system developed out of an ultra-lightweight titanium material that on average reduces weight by 46% compared to stainless steel while retaining strength to weight ratio.
To achieve these incredible weight savings even the tiniest component of the system, e.g., valves, clamps, screws are made out of titanium.
Pipe walls are 1.6mm thick, which is 0.6mm thicker than other aftermarket exhaust options. The thickness improves exhaust sound frequency, increases durability and product lifespan. The extra weight is not significantly detrimental to performance. However, it increases safety for the drivers.
Pipes are also polished outside and inside to achieve aesthetic and performance benefits. The polishing process smoothes a titanium metal surface to remove imperfections such as nicks or scratches and improves exhaust gas flow and quality of the exhaust sound note.
The titanium exhaust for Maserati Levante / S Titanium is designed with a valvetronic technology to control airflow, sound volume and enhance the overall performance and torque. When valves are closed exhaust gasses are routed through the muffler resulting in a low-profile comfortable drive. However, when the valves are fully open an intense and exotic soundtrack is produced.
Switching between street and race sound profiles can be done using factory exhaust/sport button or drive mode, or optional Fi EXHAUST remote control and mobile App. The unique sound and performance are achieved through individually designed muffler internals that are fabricated for each car model to offer an ultimate driving experience.

Valve
All Fi EXHAUST exhaust systems are equipped with valvetronic technology. This technology is not only used to control sound volume, but also enhance overall performance of the vehicle. Before the inception of this technology, horsepower and torque were irreconcilable contradictions in the design of exhaust systems. This allowed sports cars to have high torque power at low rev speeds and even higher horsepower capability at high rev speeds.
Ceramic Coating
Fi EXHAUST eliminates traditional thermal insulation materials that contain toxic substances, and directly coats the exhaust pipe with a nano-ceramic coating to protect from corrosion, reduce heat exposure to heat sensitive components in the engine bay and keeps temperature low. It’s a great way to improve longevity of the exhaust and other components prone to thermal degradation like wiring.
Catless Standard Version
The ultra-high flow catless downpipes remove restrictive factory catalytic convertor. They increase exhaust gas flow and performance gains, produce higher sound volume. And is usually recommended option going further with ECU tuning.
Catless Sensor Version
The ultra-high flow catless downpipes remove restrictive factory catalytic convertor. They increase exhaust gas flow and performance gains, produce higher sound volume. The downpipe is also equipped with a dummy oxygen sensor to reduce a chance of the check engine light (CEL) being triggered.
Sport 200Cell
With the larger cells and fast exhaust flow rate, it is smooth, durable and do not have refractory wool burn-out problems. The higher the number of the cells, the smaller and denser the hole is. The higher the back pressure, the more it can enhance torque performance, while the opposite is true for increasing horsepower.Converting your stock catalyst converter (400~800 CPSI) into our metallic catalyst converters will result in significant enhancements in airflow discharge that circumvents the limitations and parameters set by car manufacturers.
Standard Remote Control
Standard Remote Control system includes a control box and 2 standard remote controls, which allows users to open/close the exhaust valves or set on Auto Mode. Auto Mode settings need to be applied manually to the control box.
Fi EXHAUST Pro Control System
Fi EXHAUST Pro Control System control system consist of intelligent control box, sporty 2 button style remote control and mobile App.
*The mobile App scans and deletes CEL using manual or Auto scan on the engine startup.
* Monitor real-time valve status with Fi EXHAUST Pro App’s intuitive and friendly interface.
* Assign Auto Mode data values. Afterwards the system will intelligently detect engine RPM/Speed/Turbo Boost and turn on the valves.
* Each remote control button can be assigned with 1 function to open/close the valves or activate Auto Mode delivering more precision in the hands of the driver.
* The design is smooth and offers a nice grip, and the aluminum alloy ring can be customized in 14 different colors or switched to forged carbon with a unique marble like texture
